Shipping Policy – The Basics

• Free UK Delivery: We offer free postage and packaging (P&P) on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom.

• Dispatch Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 working days.

• Delivery Time: Standard UK delivery usually takes 3–7 working days from dispatch, though times may vary depending on Royal Mail and other postal providers.

• Order Confirmation: Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. A second notification will be sent once your item has been dispatched.

Delays & Disruptions
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., postal strikes, severe weather, high seasonal demand, or customs checks for international orders). We cannot guarantee delivery dates and will not be held responsible for consequential losses due to late delivery.

International Shipping

At present, we primarily ship within the UK. If you require international delivery, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability, costs, and estimated timescales.

Lost or Missing Orders
