3. Products​

• We specialise in publishing and selling books, both original works and carefully prepared editions of public domain texts.

• All descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith. Minor variations (e.g., cover design or formatting updates) may occur.

• We reserve the right to withdraw or update products without notice.​

4. Ordering & Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Payment must be made at the time of order via the methods provided on our website.

• Once an order has been confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Free UK postage is offered on all physical book orders.

• Orders are usually processed within 2–4 working days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days thereafter.

• International shipping may be available by arrangement; additional costs and timescales will apply.

6. Returns & Refunds

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with supporting details.

• Refunds or replacements will be issued in line with our Returns Policy.

• Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers in the UK have the right to cancel most online purchases of physical goods within 14 days of receipt.

7. Digital Content (Ebooks & Downloads)

• When purchasing ebooks or other digital downloads directly from KMCS Publishing, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own private, non-commercial use.

• Cancellation rights: Under UK law, the 14-day right to cancel does not apply once a digital download has begun, provided you have given your explicit consent at checkout. By purchasing and accessing a download, you acknowledge this condition.

• Digital products may not be shared, copied, resold, or distributed in any format.

• If you experience technical issues downloading your ebook, please contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can provide assistance or a replacement file where possible.

• All original content created by KMCS Publishing, including modern introductions, editorial notes, design, and formatting, is protected by copyright © 2025 S. A. Carmody / KMCS Publishing.

• Public domain content included within our editions remains free to use by anyone, but the edited presentation, introductions, and additional material may not be reproduced without our permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

• While we take all reasonable care in preparing and dispatching our products, we cannot be held responsible for delays or failures outside of our control (e.g., postal strikes, courier delays, or customs clearance issues).

• Nothing in these Terms seeks to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
